That song was the ‘B” side of “Immigrant Song “ in late 1970. It was never on a Zep LP. It was very sort after for many years. I still have my 45 from highschool!

Watch him play it live. It's a A CHORD, standard tunning. Studio version might have been slowed down wich changed the tunning.

I have heard that Jimmy recorded it at 1 speed, then slowed it down in Studio. That's the way as well. It makes sense, it always sounded a bit "off" to me.

If you would have applied basic music theory, you would have answered your own question years ago.
F major anything does not exist in the key of G But it could be Lydian or mixolydian, which it is, and both are major modes in the key of C . both having a major third
You have to look at all of the chords in the song, not just what the verse and chorus start on.
