1. Be in a calorie surplus of 200-400 calories (the lean bulk is best imo)
2. Eat one gram of protein per 0.7-1.0 of your body weight in lb
3. Get more sunlight
4. Strength train 3-5 times a week (give your body time to recover)
5. Prioritize a variety of healthy carbs, proteins, and fats to maximize muscle growth for energy
6. Train until close to failure

If u lift heavy low reps ur building more mass than actual muscle. More reps= more muscle and mass but more muscle. Sum to keep in mind
