Anyone know if/how you can lock the charging port door? It pops open when going through a car wash which isn't ideal :) Yes tape can fix that but love to avoid the tape. FWIW we love our solterra as a second car charging 95% of the time at home!

Wait, the US models have ventilated seats? And what about the canadian models? And why don´t have the ventilated seats the european models?

Fast charge is terrible. I also am tired of the emails telling me what a bad person I am for missing the scheduled service, even though I have taken it in for all required service. And the one time I had to call customer support because the remote start would not work was a joke.

An hour to 80% on "fast" charge??! Not going to sell many of these.
I'll just keep my Outback thank

I say BS on the fast charge time of one hour. More like 3+ hours at 0F and starting at 30% charge. Must have tested them at the equator. Wish I had bought something else. Picked mine up in Dec 2023 in Canada. Hey Subaru fix your charging time will you.

I mean 100kw is not enough and there aren’t enough chargers even in the Silicon Valley, and Solterras not even delivering in the US, come on speed up the deliveries

I mean. If they weren’t on a stop sale for the wheels falling off this might be useful 😂

This is a Zeekr ripoff, probably built by Geely.

Subarus are known for Burbling Boxer 4 Engines, not making RC Cars. Honestly, Japanese Cars nowadays are shite. What happened to affordable and well designed sport cars such as the: Nissan Silvia, Nissan Sileighty, Nissan 240SX, Nissan Skyline GT-R (not the crappy R35), Subaru Impreza WRX STi GC8 Type R V6 Coupe, Subaru P1, Subaru 22B STI, Toyota Corolla Levin/Sprinter Trueno, Mk4 and older generations of the Toyota Supra, Toyota Celica GT4, Toyota MR2, Honda NSX, Honda Integra Type R, Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX, Mitsubishi Lancer Evo and the Mitsubishi GTO? Japan used to be the home for some of the best cars made, and is now home to crappy EVs and Hybrids. Us petrolheads demand companies to make cars how they used to. No more planned obsolescence, no more hybrids, easy and fun to work on engines, less technology, smaller cars, better design, better sounding exhausts and no more of that fake exhaust sounds coming from speakers inside the car, manual transmission, no more fake exhaust tips, no more plastic bumpers, no more plastic in general, no more of this high tech, lazy and blandness in these cars. Give us what petrolheads want, not what: vegans, mothers, and old pensioners want. Less shite more style!
