In fact, if you drive <15k a year (<40 miles a day), your 110V wall outlet is all you need. I get 1.4KWh (--5 miles) per hour so you only need to charge overnight 3-4 times a week at home while you sleep! Level 2 is a 240 outlet that you can hire a licensed electrician to add for <$500, then just plug in the mobile charger (which usually comes with both 110 and 220V plugs). If your dealer is too cheap to give you one, you come buy from Amazon for <$200. All these talks about thousands of upfront charger talk is nonsense.
