Best performed England manager since 1966. Only manager to take England to Euros final, twice. I understand people are disappointed now, but in hindsight he got good results out of good squads. In my view England got lucky with the draw to even make the final this time, ordinarily they would have had to beat Spain or France or Germany in the semis first. But yes from distance looks right time for Southgate to depart with honour. Plenty of time for next manager to build to 2026 World Cup.

Failed at boro... failed the nation.. everyone watching was shouting palmer & Watkins .. and where t.f has kane gone now at the tv.. everyone saw it but you you end of a bell, jog on with your millions.. a very easy job to fill as anyone should look better just by being braver and playing higher up the pitch with players in their natural positions. I'd do it for free and do a better job for sure.
