Gareth Southgate: Gary Neville pays tribute to outgoing England manager

Gary Neville has paid tribute to Gareth Southgate's achievements following his resignation as England manager.

In a statement, Southgate said it was "time for change" having managed the England team for 102 games. He first took charge of the Three Lions in autumn 2016.

Neville is a gutless coward and does not believe a word he is saying. He, like many who know football - know Southgate is very poor. For me its either Eddie Howe or Pep . Southgate has wasted 8 years of talent, always worried about his opposition rather than let them worry about us . Plays an unfit Kane throughout the tournament when he has fit strikers on the bench. As for potter look what he had at Chelsea could not manage it not a big player manager alright bringing youngsters through and finding talent but that's where I see him .
