We, as supporters, have to learn not to point the blame on the manager all the time but to support whatever discussion he makes. At the end of the day, we are not all gonna agree with his discussion. I personally thought he did a fantastic job. I can only imagine that job must be very stressful with the whole of England on your back.

All crap aside, everyone want to thank this man as he gave us the best years in England for a long time, 2 finals, 2 semis. It was frustrating to watch and yes it even made me mad when he put on people who shouldnt of been on the pitch or played really defensive, but I still thank him for putting us where we belong, in the finals! Just a shame he didn't get to win 1.

End of an era, Goodbye Southgate you were a good coach and was a joy to see you as a kid growing up in matches with the England team pressing and coordinating them on tv and being there for the team and accept accountability when things doesn't go as planned, Time to open a fresh new chapter.
