How do you see 1080p results, when u' video maximal 720p?

Going from 720p to 1080p is a noticable difference, even so goin from 1080p to 2160p

So unless I'm zooming way way in on a 720p game I won't see a differance ... But if their both ya regular distance you rlly can't see a differance between 1080p and 720p. So I guess ps4 fan boys can stop acting like they have vision of a eagle and stfu . It's no big deal that sum games on x1 or 720p because in order to see the poor parts of 720p you would have to zoom in and look real hard to see the jaggies.

Don't forget that the resolution of the TV helps a lot too with games. If you play a 720p game on a 720p TV the image will look more natural and less jaggied as to a 1080p TV displaying a 720p game. Also that older games look better on lower res TVs. 1080 TVs are best for newer gen consoles.

Don't know why but I always preferred to run my games at 720p except for videos or movies. I just find 720p a lot more blurred which doesn't hurt my eyes and allows me to play more. But I do admit that 1080p looks a whole lot better. Just prefer gaming on 720p when it comes to gaming for longer periods of time.

This is in 720p, kinda taking away any actual screen shots but thanks for a primer. I want to see if 1080 can or 720 with anti-aliasing would save my GPU a lil work.

+Max xaM The technical term for jaggies is Aliasing. Anti-Aliasing is the process used to eliminate the Aliasing. So the more AA you have the less Jaggies (aliasing) you will have.

if you dont notice the difference, you dont need the upgraded one. 720 and 1080 is the same for our eyes

Don't listen to Michael Epic. He doesn't have a clue. There are drastic differences between a 720p display and a 1080p display. The differences are most noticeable on bigger screens but even small screens if you know what to look for. I have 720p. Even 900p annoys me sometimes.If you're looking for quality then you should always go with a 1080p output. If you're on a budget and have to choose then I wouldn't buy anything over 32" that isn't 1080p.

720p is good for me and it gives you more fps than 1080p
