Why did 4k look so crisp compared to 1080p considering that I'm on a 1080p phone? Is it because youtube downgraded everything so 4k is 1080p and 1080p is like 420p? Looks like it

1080p + 60 fps + 6 Mbps
For animation:
Same like gaming
For movies:
1080p + 24 fps + 6 Mbps
