Massy is timeless she doesn’t age at all! By the way, I’m going through a very difficult phase in my life right now. I haven’t been to the gym in months… I’ve been going from place to place because I don’t have a home yet. I’ve gained weight and I don’t feel good at all. But I’m determined to get my life on track this month and become the greatest version of myself I’ve ever been.

She wasnt lying. I am in crossfit style gym 1 yr 4 months 5 days a week and just a about 3 of them had me very warm. Gonna and this too my routine.

I learned this exercise, years ago, watching a yoga instructor, on television.

Now, I wonder if I didn't have significantly better results from it, because of something CRUCIAL, that I have noticed, in many of your examples:
Your knees are not touching the floor, during the execution of the most critical parts!

That's GAME-CHANGING!

Thank you for your Brilliant Instructions and Motivation. I have been dealing with Spinal Synopsis and Saitiaca. Gained belly weight and inner thighs. I'm slowly getting better.
