You look in great shape connie I really need to start yoga and be consistent as I’m at this age where I’m starting to feel like I’m slowing down and need to drop about 10 lbs I’m 60 on my next birthday on April I hope I’ve not left it to late to start thank you for all you do on your channel

As a Christian I will not participate in yoga, music, mantra, channeling, repetitive, poses. Its hindu and buddism. Its not of Christ.
