Pete, please look on the recent side of the hashtag as anyone with loads of followers will end up on the popular side which is the side you only check. This means people with low followers will have the chance that you see their work. Please like so Pete can see.

The problem with this series is that Peter checks the "popular" side of the hashtag. So no matter how good your picture is, if someone already has a couple thousand followers, they have better chances of getting featured, which arguably they don't need it as much. And if you post a really good picture, but you don't make it to the popular side he never sees it.

Edit: I didn't expect this to get popular, so: I'm not complaining, I'm just pointing out a flaw in the system. Not saying Peter is doing something necessarily wrong. It's just a bummer.
