ONE POT MAC N CHEESE RECIPE ❤️

Recipe:
1. Take a pan, on low flame, add 2 tbsp butter and 2 tbsp maida/all purpose flour. Stir and cook till light golden. Do not overcook.

2. Now, add milk according to the quantity of your macaroni. I have added 4 cups milk for 2 cups macaroni. Add raw macaroni to the milk. Let it boil but keep stirring. For authentic mac n cheese, we boil our macaroni in milk and not in water. You may add more milk if required in between. Keep checking.

3. Once the macaroni has cooked, add 1 tbsp salt, 1/2 tbsp pepper, 1 tbsp of oregano and chilli flakes each. Also add loads of cheese.

You have to use boiled pasta. And the sauce consistency should be thick. If we add water in the midde then it wont tasts good.

After this you can also put the Mac n cheese in a bowl and add some cheese on the top of it then bake it taste will enhance
