I'm Italian and, trust me, they are scammers, for several reasons:
1) Dyed Pasta dough? No. In Italy you can easily find green pasta, which is green not because of some dye, but because it has (for example) spinach in it- That means you can taste the spinach without adding any sauce or parmesan.
2) If it unravels while you're cooking it, it means that the pasta was made badly.
3) 270$ is just to much. I mean, yes, they could charge it more than normal pasta because the effort they put in the design, but 270$ is just too much.
