These scenarios are getting more and more
Ridiculous. I need to unsubscribe.
I’ve been a nurse over 20 years so I HAVE been this exhausted. But to blame this man for coming into HIS home?!? Never. Take Accountability Ms Nurse

using a fire arm when a stranger comes through your back door at 4am does NOT make you a "trigger happy maniac"

I am pleasantly shocked that this judge actually made the right decision. His rulings are usually extremely unfair & tends to rule in favor of the complainant whether or not they are in the wrong.

Agree 100%. I have been a Critical Care RN for 30 years and have worked likely 1000+ 16 hr shifts with a total of 2 hours driving time. If you work a double you best be sharp or you have NO business taking care of patients risking their lives. Bite off more than you can chew, see what happens.

Honestly the plaintiff was delusional for trying to blame someone for their mistake. I’d do the same as him especially if I was a parent like him. No matter what the person looks like. Remember looks are deceiving and home invaders often use this.

She's an adult! She's responsible. I like how she tried to get sympathy, because she's a nurse.

I would've been upset if he was fined for what he did. He had the right to use his weapon to protect himself and others, as well as he exercised caution by not shooting her, but instead fired a warning shot. I don't think he could've been fined for those two things. The law can be unfair at times, but it's the law and that's just how it is. I'm saddened by her injuries, but I didn't think he was responsible for them, especially when he used caution to fire a warning shot instead of shooting her. 👏

It’s rather interesting how the plaintiff was giving the whole nine yards details of tired she was, her mission in saving life, how she’s scared for her life; yet, she’s conveniently left out the detail of her went into the wrong house which made her becoming the intruder. Her telling the story likes the defendant just out of the blue decided to harm her.

Best judgement ever 👌 he has every right to protect himself and property. Glad he only gave a warning shot

The plaintiff’s father shouldn’t have been the licensed surgeon to analyze the injury. He added so much emotion to his analysis.

She’s basically saying “I ram into the woods past a no trespassing sign, tripped on a stick and I’m suing the owner of the land because there was a stick in my path” she and her father bout to get heated at the HOA meeting😂

I have not finished this but no judge should allow people to lie like this .
This girl literally said that the popping of her ankle was louder than the gunshot.

She entered someone else's home illegally and then hurt herself leaving.
He should be suing her for pain and suffering.

The first time I've seen him judge without sentiment and pitty caused by pain and suffering.
