Nail guns don’t work unless the end piece is pushed down and pulling trigger at the same time

I know this is fake but they have to make it more believable. How did a nail gun go off if the safety wasn't depressed and no one pulled the trigger (sure she could have headbutted it hard enough to depress the safety but how did it go off?) That's like saying "I looked at a gun and it shot me."

In the first case, she should’ve waited. I don’t understand how people do not have responsibility for their own actions. She was excited to see her studio and that made her not listen. I don’t think she should have won anything.

This is the kind of judge that awards a robber who hurts himself at your house while robbing it, a huge settlement. Or suing because the coffees too hot

I have the burning feeling that these cases presented on tv as a show are merely reenactments of actual cases

She made a mistake of not listening or waiting, her carelessness resulted to this, 1mil is too much n hope he recovers this from her.

I STILL WANT TO KNOW HOW IT GOT TRIGGERED!!! DID SHE PICK IT UP TO MOVE IT, WAS SOMEBODY IMPROPERLY USING IT??!! Those guns have safety measures where the tip needs to be placed against something to push a spring to allow the trigger to fire. ITS NOT GOING THAT DEEP UNLESS IT WAS FIRED RIGHT UP AGAINST HER SKULL!

There's a reason why he wanted to meet her IN THE GARAGE of her own home, not in just any place there. Now I get it why there's a warning "caution - hot" when you buy a hot coffee in case somebody can't figure that out by himself 😶😶

On a job site you never leave any tools left out while your gone or plugged in. Always have your safety on unless in your hand and being used.

How did the first case even go in her favor? She did her own thing after being told what to do so why do he have to come out of pocket for her not listening??? I’m so confused and to top it off, the judge didn’t explain why either party was at fault like he usually do. This case is mad

I own a remodeling company and have for years. The first lady shouldn't have been on any construction sight without a hard hat. She shouldn't have even stepped foot in that place PERIOD so why was she there and why did she think it was ok to be there? Why didn't she call the guy and ask? She shouldn't have won anything because that was her carelessness that caused her injury. You learn at a very young age about different types of jobs and safety measures too and with this guy being in business for as long as he has he knows how to run a site and she really should've waited and known better. The 911 call also sounded fake. Also, please tell me HOW the nail gun even went off without the pressure of someone holding it against her head and pulling the trigger? I've used nail guns off and on for years and even that particular nail gun. It's super heavy and unless someone held that to her head and pulled the trigger, I just don't see how tf it even shot her. This all seems so fake😮

She said she bumped into something than felt pain so she might have triggered the weapon to activate

I have never seen a faker court show. It’s hilarious how both eye injuries were on the right eye and had the exact head bandage and eye protector plus the acting is just wow 🙄

I've been inside a port-a-potty at a festival and the toilet WAS DISGUSTING i chose to use a tree rather then that toilet.

Second case is terrible. They agreed to play the game together. Now he is suing his friend for the injury. Shame.

I hate it when friends do this, what's important is that it wasn't done on purpose and the experience sincerity in their apology and drive to make amends the best of his or her capacity

Despite a heavy bandages wrap around her head, she managed ignore the injury and showed no signs of pain, what a strong woman.
