I totally agree, Beets are the great source when it comes to blood, and oxygen regulation through your heart, it helps to have more blood on your body system, good for people with anemia, usually what my family does is blend it with some good water, you can use some sugar or honey so it don’t give you the ick

As many people reported here, you forget to mention watermelon: I'd like to highlight it because of its very nice flavour, if compared with beetroot. Betroot is actually the most powerful source of nitric oxide for our body, I agree, but totally vomiting when try to eat/drink it, unluckily...
