INGREDIENTS:
Bulgogi Ingredients:

8oz(226g) 96/4 Lean Ground Beef
15mL Soy Sauce
25mL Sugar Free Maple Syrup
3g Sesame Oil
1 tsp Onion Powder
Black Pepper

Vegetables you can use:
Carrots
Zucchini
Onions
Spinach
Cucumber (dont sauce cucumbers. Just eat it fresh)
Radish
Red Cabbage
etc.

Other Ingredients: 
150g Cooked Rice
Sesame seeds
1 egg
3/4th TBSP Gojuchang


Tip: Chicken or any choice of protein also works great! When assembling, make sure the same two colors do not touch for a more aesthetic shot.
