What I eat in a day to get 100G+ protein😋 All these recipes are in my new long form meal prep Youtube video❤️ I spend a couple of hours meal prepping every week which saves so much time and money!🙌🏻 I like to meal prep for 3-4 days, so I don’t need to eat the same foods every day of the week☺️

Just a reminder that we are all different and need different amounts of food💚 It’s recommended to eat between 0.8 - 2 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight, depending how active your lifestyle is☺️ I’m currently trying to build muscle, so aiming for 80-100g of protein💪🏻

I’m just trying to overcome an Ed by going “all in” and I don’t want to write an extremely long paragraph but seeing someone so healthy looking eating this amazing looking and nutritious foods in normal portion sizes is just so soothing. I’m not sure why it calms my mind but anyways Thank you so much for sharing❤️

The sheet pan eggs look SOOO TASTYYY. Also i was wondering if you could make recipes with strawberries because I have SOOO MANY strawberries packed up in my fridge lol..

Hello! 😊 I've watched some of your shorts and I got inspired by your recipes but I've got a question. Im trying to loose some weight and build some muscles, all in a healthy way but I struggle with counting how much protein should I eat a day. I heard various opinions. I see you eat 100g, could you tell me how did ypu count tjat this is the right amount for you?

Why do you need 100 grams of protein. ? Just asking. According to how you calculate it for my weight I need about 64 a day. Unless you work out a lot. !!
