Writing down ideas is the advice I've always carried with me since the time I asked my grandma's comedian neighbor what I should start doing if I wanted to be a comedian. I didn't become a comedian (audience rejection is scary), but that practice has helped all creative work in my life.

Exercise 6 fays a week, whether I feel like it or not! Yes!! Yay for Saturdays off!!
Its a great pattern. Even if my weight fluctuated, the fitness is crucial.
