Thank you, Dr. Chatterjee, I so appreciate your words of wisdom! I made a promise to myself at the end of last year to go for a walk with my dogs every day. The general goal is 10.000 steps, but if I only have time for less, I'd rather do that than skip it altogether, which is what I used to do in the past. We walk in nature, as I'm so blessed as to live right on a riverbank. Thank you for your kind words of encouragement! Best regards from Hungary! 💜

The five habits from the video are:
* Take less offense: This means to be less reactive to things that other people say or do, and to try to understand their perspective.
* Complain less: This means to be more accepting of the way things are, and to focus on finding solutions to problems instead of complaining about them.
* Use the three Fs: This is a practical exercise that can help you understand the root cause of your behaviors. The three Fs stand for Feel, Feed, and Find.
* Make one small promise to yourself each day and keep it: This helps you to build self-trust and self-reliance.
* Seek out nature: This means to spend time in nature as often as possible, as it has many benefits for your physical and mental health.

I don't take offence at anything. I know exactly who I am, what I'm good at and what I'm not. I know what matters to me and whose opinion I value. That last statement applies to pretty much nobody I encounter online. I think this is a pretty healthy place to be so agree with Rangan on that one.

I think that I was very blessed to have had the parents that I did. As a child, they always told me that what I thought and felt was always up to me. It was a choice! No feelings were wrong, and it was up to me to decide how to react to things. I did see an interview with Ricky Gervais once where he said "Just because you are offended doesn't mean that I am offensive." So true.

I’m chronically ill with a few different pain diseases, and I’m struggling in my body, which causes so much emotional stress, which affects my body…you see where I’m going with this. I’ve already been working on the offense thing, as well as the complaining, and I know that I have much more peace because of it. I’d like to promise myself to do some stretches daily, and to dance two or three times a week. My body needs this, and so does my mind and spirit. ❤❤❤

Really great, simple, advice. Such achievable changes to tackle deep-rooted, damaging behaviours. Thank you

10 mins of strength exercises everyday as a minimum. I make a salad up, even if I don't get time to cook a whole meal. It inspires me to only eat healthy food

As soon as I get well ( got a bad bronchitis virus now) I am going to get on the treadmill for 15 minutes 3xs a week and then swim 3xs a week. No excuses!!! I have it all right here. I have just been in a rut. Thank you for encouraging me. I have to do this for my health.

Happy New year, I love your positive spin I find it uplifting to hear. I yesterday didn’t quite like a comment my client said but after thinking about it, it wasn’t aimed at upsetting me and let it go over my head. It’s always better to take a breath. When I’m taking a call and not sure on haw to respond I always say - I’m in the middle of something let me ring you back! Gives you chance to digest. I started back on my fitness regime this morning and already feel better. I’m not even letting the weather get me down!
