Yay! I LOVE the mic’d up YouTube videos bc I like getting to hear more about why you do certain exercises, what muscles you should be feeling with them. I’d also love if you could include more variations or alts for those of us who like have knee or shoulder issues or whatever:)

Hello! I’m wanting to go to the gym to get better at dancing, I dance hiphop and have problems with my knee and hip. My left hip is tight which leads to my glute on the left being weak… it’s smaller than my right 😂 Do you have any tips I could use when I start going monday? ❤ Love the way you thoroughly explain

Yes I love the micd up gym sesh! For the quad complex though, are you counting each time you squat down as one? Or each time you squat forward on one leg (like every time you have your left foot forward)? I use the app and I’m always dying with the complex😅 love you and love this lift💕
