Dip the aluminum pieces in gasoline or almost any other aromatic hydrocarbon (kerosene, acetone, etc) and the oil will melt and the chips will fall right off

Try the shower massage to blow the chips out next time, worked for me on a laser project. That and soap to remove oil.

Are there any differences to this "generic" one and the SainSmart Genmitsu branded one? As I see there are lots of support pages for the Sainsmart specific one...different controller boards and such maybe?
