You're right, it's hard to find a simple to the point instruction. Other YouTube videos just have people blabbing on and on about themselves before they get to any instructions and even if they do, it's vague!

I started experimenting with some electronic components lately and my first project (connecting the led to the battery) failed miserably! The led lighted only for some tenths of a second and never again.
Now I know why! Thank you for this nice video!
