Thanks for your video. Not doing this for neighbor but did not know I do not need to use a wire spliter to use the plastic clips. Since the clips work, can only assume that they cut into the seal to make contact with the metal wire. Thanks !

I have the EXACT same LED strip. The splicer method does not work. Tapping into my existing headlight power cable.

I have a question, I want to splice two led light strips (one being the clear light strip shown in your video and the second will be those flat water proof black ones) into the parking lights, am I able to do this? Will I have to splice into another power source?

Another stupid question, once I splice the positive wires together is there another wire that I connect the negative with or do I ground that to any iron piece of the car? I no I can't ground it by the fuse box or the battery area

i have OEM footwell LEDs on my car. can i just tap into its power and ground wire for 2 more led bulbs?

OEM wires => new led 1 + new led 2

or

OEW wires => new led 1 => new led 2

Your red connector won't work with a large wire and a small.it will only contact the largest wire
