Although I don’t currently have a broken heart, I’ve had one more time’s than I can count! So I’m doing this for my past broken hearts 🫶🏾🧘🏾‍♀️

I am currently going through a divorce and I will be honest I am absolutely devastated.. My heart is so heavy and I haven’t been able to really allow myself to process all that I am currently going through. But this really opened my heart and allowed me to let my emotions flow freely out of my body! At the end of the video, I spoke those affirmations out loud to myself and finally got to cry all that I am currently holding in. I’m feeling better about allowing myself to grieve this divorce and to find love for myself in my heart throughout all this pain. Thank you so much and I hope to see more videos for healing the brokenhearted❣️

I just experienced 2 BIG losses, my oldest brother and my grandfather passed away. I lived with my grandfather, so losing him on Monday right after losing my big brother has had my heart in pieces. This practice was very grounding and supportive and needed, thank you Nico 💜
