Dont tighten the sparkplug so damn hard pls

not so sure about your assembly skills, or it be a good example of how to...
- place cilinder gasket on cilinder to line up with ports
- NEVER hit on cilinder/ or alu parts to make them fit
- tighten bolts in star or diagonally across pattern
- check NM torque specs especially with aluminum cilinder/cilinderhead when tighten bolts
- don't overtighten spark plug

You have to rotate the cylinder gasket so the cutouts for the ports line up.

so i bought one of these (actually, 3 of these) and upgraded one of my bikes with it and this kit has one huge flaw, the top part is separate from the cylinder, being held down by 4 very long bolts, metal expands from heat and the bolts lengthen and the cylinder starts loosing compression and the engine dies till it all cools off and returns back to original shapes, than the bolts will be loose and have to be tightened again, than it will start again, but same thing will happen again, after several times of this happening the cylinder becomes a few micrometers shorter and the piston starts hitting the spark plug and bending the sparky bit inwards and making it touch the other sparky bit and not making any more spark, gotta add a second ring between the spark plug and the head to pull it in a little, huge headache to get it to a state where its functioning properly

I installed this same big bore kit on my pocket mini cross and add 15mm carb and i have about 65kg and when is warmed up after 5-10min of ridding when i stop, it won't turn of motor on switch and in place work on high revs... I dont know whats the problem, and the same was with stock carb and when i added 15mm carb i think it goes weaker...

What about the carb? Bigger piston means more air, more air means more gas!! Seams to me that if you want full potential of this kit need to find a bigger carb or jet it yourself! I have a big bore kit ordered, just got the new motor in, but... going to look into the whole carb thing!

The piston bearing and rod don't fit my stock crank I don't get this how are people making it work the old smaller ones fit but are way to sloppy

badly rotated seal under the cylinder. The cutouts on the seal are for overflow channels. I do not understand the meaning of grooves (windows) in the piston. What is it used for? What are they opening?
