Them dam cir clips done got 2 of my cylinders. Question? Can the a9 cam work on 64mm valves as long as bridge is for 64mm

Quick question,
my valve adjustment nuts and 1 stem recently backed off the rocker assembly ... it fell down into the bottom of crankcase..

What should I do? And would it cause harm down there if I leave it in the oil?
I tried draining it and fishing it out. I can find anything there
I didn't see it come out in pan when I did the oil..

Can you give me some advice on what to do here?
And the severity of the outcomes? If it can make it's way back up?
