I just got a 129 big bore kit with 550 gear cam for my ‘19 SG. This video will help me big time with my install. Thanks for this great video.

Great Video, I own the exact same ring compressor. It works much better on a Harley if you flip it over so the Bottom stamped marking is "UP" its marked bottom for a car piston not a harley (on a car the piston skirt goes in cylinder first on A Harley the piston dome goes in cylinder first)

I've done it the other way as well. Push piston and ring up thru bottom of cylinder then lower it too the rod and put wrist pin n c_ clip on.

Should I go for the 131 crate engine by screamin eagle or s&s cycle 132 power kit? I use my bike for long distance touring

It’s common for big bore kits to use forged pistons. Why is forged preferred over hypereutectic? Hypereutectic have less thermal expansion and contraction properties and are just as capable of supporting these levels of performance

Great job Patrick. But I didn’t see ya hone the bore to get that x hatch pattern for the rings.

May seem very butch but, speed limits are always being monitored by camera and radar.

Call me silly but.. 1868cc isn’t enough you should probably just buy a faster, more powerful bike.
