Guys, i cannot stress enough how important it is to get a new crankshaft, bearings, upjet the carb, new roller weights and new exhaust! Upgrading without a crank youll spin that one out so fast your head will spin! Upgrading without the other stuff will leave you with poor performance and your engine feeling like its running a marathon with a bag over its head

Bro @4mins on you video, ? You could also remove the top shock mount bolt, and that will let your rear of the bike sit lower while the heads come down on the front for easy removal and install.

You have problems with the starting after instaling the big bore kit? I have instaled a 89cc Naraku kit upgrade and I have problems with starting since then, I have checked the timing, tested with another CDI and ignition coil and still have the problem. I am thinking at the carburetor which is also a new Naraku but I have discovered that it is for 125-150 engines...

Do you need a connecting rod for the 100 kit I heard if you put put a 100 kit on a 50 it won't last long

i just put on a big bore kit on my moped, the first thing I noticed is i cant crank it to start and my battery won't turn the engine over. Any ideas on how i could make it more reliable? i checked compression, airflow, gas, spark. It just wont crank.

There is no such thing as a 100cc bbk for a gy6 the biggest is 52.4mm amd that's a 88cc a 52.4 with a 41mm crankshaft stroke is a 88cc
