Only thing I was lost at what the chain tensioner but you explained it way better so thanks dude

I always check ring gap in the new cylinder before putting the rimgs on the plnew piston. I have more than once had to dress/grind the new ring ends so the gap was big enough. That way i didnt have to worry about them expanding when they get hot and binding in the cylinder and destroying the whole top end. Just a recommendation for next time. Heck you might have done it and just not shown it in the video. Good video and im sure itll help someone in the furture.

Stock carb? Any work to the jetting? I have a stock klx110 with a yoshi pipe and I get bogging. You can run the big bore/pipe with the stock air box and stock carb???
