40 Minute Upper Body Tabata Workout | FOCUS - Day 17

It's DAY 17 of our FOCUS program and I am so pumped for you to crush this tabata workout with me! Today is an upper body workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! We will work for 20 seconds at a time and complete 3 rounds of each exercise. We will superset a strength move three times. After we complete all 12 exercises, we will complete 3 compound exercises for 4 rounds of 20 seconds!

I used anywhere from my 10 pound dumbbells up to my 25 pound dumbbells, so grab dumbbells that work for you!

1. Alt Bent Rows
2. Chest Press
3. Back Fly
4. Chest Fly
5. Cross Body Row
6. Cross Body Chest Fly
7. Shoulder Press
8. Lateral Raise
9. Front Raise
10. Hammer Curls
11. OH Tricep Extensions
12. Supinated Alternating curls
13. Skull Crushers
14. Curl Pulses
15. Tricep Kickbacks

The holidays regardless of which one you’re celebrating are always hard. The selection of various foods you don’t get to eat on a daily basis are hard to resist. Small amounts….everything in moderation. Don’t torture yourself or deprive yourself just be mindful and get back on track tomorrow (just remember to actually get back to it). ❤

I HAD A BLAST WITH THIS ONE!! I never thought a bench can make a workout more fun, easily accessible and you can put weights on there. But then again, you can add come squats while picking up ur dumbbells from the ground. BUT I JUST LOVE YOU💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
