The change is more than just "Queen" to "King" in the full version of the National Anthem, there are references in other verses that have to change too

Composed by Lully (an Italian composer) for king Luis XIV, but he preferred the King Henry’s March as the anthem of France. Prussia and UK use that melody to create their anthems in XVIII century.
None know who create the lyrics.

It was originally written in French for Louis the 14th, it was then translated to English and set to a slightly different tune for George.
