Brothers and sisters don't get caught up in all this online nonsense just here to confuse you. God knows you are calling/talking to him no matter the language. It's your heart posture that matters most.

I do recall there being a conversation with Jesus and his disciples where in it he tells them not to get caught up by the little arguments that arise, but rather focus on the important things.

YHWH are Hebrew aspiration sounds. YH is our inhale and WH is our exhale. Gods name is literally the breath in our lungs.

My man just destroyed the entire Jehovah’s Witness denomination

The Tetragrammaton (YHVH) is the consonants of His name. The Hebrews cut the vowels to make the scribal process quicker. The name Jehovah comes from adding the vowels of the word Adonai in between the consonants of the Tetragrammaton. So you go YA - HO - VA. Or Yahovah. This is Latinized as Iehovah, which is anglicized as Jehovah.

In reality we have no idea how to pronounce the Tetragrammaton, but our best guess is Yahweh.

God is so perfect He doesn’t care what you call him. He wants you to call him as your Father regardless of how with the love and sincerity of your heart.

1) it's YHVH the 3rd letter is the consonant Vav.
2) This is Christian folk lore.
I heard a Jewish Rabbi pronounce God's name, Yehovah. I know it's becoming popular to say Yahweh, but I'm not sure that accurate. They're missing the vowel between Hey and Vav (v not w).

All Hebrew writing has no vowel characters per se. The vowels are not written because they don't exist as an individual letter. Vowel sounds are assumed based on which consonants and which jots & tittles are present.

So they weren't omitted to hide the name of God. Although the name was sacred and protected.

The Rabbi pronounced YHVH as Yehovah (and Anglicans pronounced Jehovah).

Mystery solved.

If a Hebrew Rabbi can say Yehovah then Anglicans can say Jehovah. Right?

I’m daddy to my son. As he was growing up he said da, dada, and some other vowels. Because I’m his father I always knew when he was trying to call me. It didn’t matter what he called me. What mattered is that he was genuine in wanting to call me. I’m his father. He’s my son. He was calling me. And I always answered

Fun fact “YH” is the sound you make when you inhale and “WH” is the sound you make when you exhale, hence why in scripture it states that “all that live will worship me.” Every time you breathe, everytime ANY living being takes a breath they worship the lord. It’s the FIRST name you speak when your born and the last you speak when you die…….take exaggerated breath’s and naturally you will hear “Yahweh” subconsciously being spoken. Beautiful ❤️ Praise Adonai

I’d like to graciously add, when adding the vowels to YHWH, in aramaic, Y would be Yah, H would be Hu or Ho, together it would be Yaho “salvation” (Yahu). W would be as in Waw, like “water”followed by H which means it would be WaH. Together YHWH would be pronounced Yahowah (Yahuwah). The pronunciation, Yahweh was first used in the Greek translations and to St. Clement of Alexandria in the 2nd century. From the Greek, the name Yehovah was translated from a German pronunciation which became Jehovah in the English spelling. 👏 I just wanted to point out the Aramaic, just as in English we get Jesus, which stems from the Greek, Iesous, which in the Aramaic, his name was Yeshua.

jehovah is simply a english translation of yhwh, this name also shows up about 3, 000 times in the old testament and even more throughout the whole bible

I speak to God Jehovah, and he responds either by his kind words not long conversation he is very clear as to how he responds and uses the word child because we are all his children and creation. Other ways he communicates is through messeges it being signs supernatural occurances, and even though other people's mouth. If you ever felt his love you'd never want it to go away he has answered me in time of need. Light beaming through the curtains, and onto me that feeling of peace is unimaginable I could of been there 10 min or 30 just embracing that feeling of peace and serenity I felt safe and loved.❤🙏😇

Actually we should say ‘YHWH’ remember the Third Commandment:
“You shall not bring the name of YAHUAH your Elohim to naught (nothing)”
Or in standard version:
“You shall not misuse my name!”
Saying YHWH is actually what gives us power, as well as YAHUAH (Heavenly Father) and YAHUSHA (Jesus Christ) God wants us to use His name, but not in vain!
