I try to do most of these things. I eat veggies, I never eat red meat, I drink plenty of water, but i need to up my protein and try to do more exercise

Why don't you mention bioidentical hormones when all the stuff you mentioned fails to make a difference? You do a disservice by not mentioning all options.

Why is it always red meat? I remember a time my libido what at its best when I eat beef all the time, now inflation hit so hard I can’t really afford so I eat chicken breast, my libido really sunken down badddd!!
