I'm so confused with which foods are best to boost estrogen, and which will help with estrogen dominance. I read that broccoli is good to boost, but then you say it's good to eliminate excess. Same with flax seeds. If I'm trying to get more estrogen naturally, I don't want to be eating things that are helping my body get rid of it.

Breast cancer was estrogen related. I had a lumpectomy, rounds of chemo had a mammogram they said I was cancer-free. To take the pill for 5 years that is supposed to deplete my estrogen. I am going to try some of your smoothies even though I don't care for vegetables. I am going to try all the different things that you have on your video. I have another mammogram next along with an ultrasound. And I hope that it will be good news. Wishing everybody will who is dealing with cancer

I am 46, and had an awesome health food store job for years in my late 30's. I used to tell women who would ask how to lose weight after 40 to "drink 750 ml of water immedietely when waking, eat a whole foods breakfast within the first hour, and *never drink coffee earlier than 10 am, no processed sugar, and try to stick with one cup. Then two more nutricious meals, and no sugar, wheat or Dairy., and exercise at least one hour a day. Make sure you drink 2-3L of water, and 10 servings of veggies a day." I always told them to eat like they lived on a "Little house on a Prairie after 40!!" I started working in the office at 43 after an injury when Covid started, and began skipping breakfast until I drank 2-3 coffees, then had another coffee, and on top of that, ordered food every night, and quickly put on 40 pounds, and my calories were actually not high enough to justify that weight gain, but my age did. My point is, *I knew what I was talking about, and I am back to following my own advice 😂😂😂😂.

Two things i wanna ask, isn't flax seeds high in phytoestrogens ? And one should never eat veggies like cabbage, cauliflower, augberine, capsicum, kale, spinach, brussel sprouts, broccoli raw cause they have tapeworms invisible to eyes, please boil, blanch or steam them properly before consuming

What about people with hypothyroidism? I have read that the cruciferous vegetables are not good for that condition.

I'm over 65 and taking a mild dose of topical estrogen. Has greatly helped to ward off UTIs. Now I want to explore healthy estrogen rich foods. I am also on a strict post gallbladder diet, so no raw veggies, except the delicate lettuces and raw tomatoes. I can have everything you talked about as long as I gently steam the veggies. I had oatmeal with chia seeds and flax seeds for part of my breakfast today. Sometimes I soak the organic oatmeal in kefir overnight. Just had an extensive liver MRI and it is healthy. So I am focusing on gut health. What about organic tofu, peaches, garlic, sesame, nuts & berries, dates & prunes? Love olives & avocados! Thank you ~ Diane

Doesn't flax seed increase estrogen? For fiber i take 2 tablespoons each of oat and bran into my plant based milk. It works and satisfies my hunger.

My Breast Cancer Type was Estrogen dominance, with
growth Size of 19mm was found.
I am a Vegan and on plant based, eat loads of Cruciferous veggies, olives, Olive oil in Salads, Oats with fruit, berries and Chia seeds... upto a point i had Ground flaxseeds too in my Oats, and at the Hospital i was operated in Germany asked me not to eat Tofu and Flaxseeds... Is there some truth in this?
I did eat a lot of it, and stopped.
- I do however include Chia seeds in my Morning Oatmeal with fruit, nuts, and berries.
- Are Peanuts bad too?
I'm confused as some researchers say Peanuts are not good for Breast Cancer patients! Is this true as i eat a lot of them too.
Appreciate your response Dr. Tax...❤ Thank you so much for your informative explanation 💝💐💐💐
