I know this is an old vid but I recently re-found my old set of Summit Leg Packs. Had them stashed on the top shelf out in the garage and they just got buried by my newer gear. Loved these things. They are still almost new but a little faded. Trying to incorporate them into my summer stompin gear when I go and play at getting lost in the woods. That was the one thing I did not like about them. Backpack hip belt pushed it down.

We sell RIBZ, and we've been doing so for a few years, back to a time when the RIBZ were less elegant than they are now, in the current iteration. On the heat concern, simply unzip them, and the natural sway of the RIBZ causes a pleasant ventilation - and I run very hot. I also hang the RIBZ on a staff at times, or over one shoulder like saddle bags, until fully donning them for climbing or such becomes necessary. - Don't be afraid to move the RIBZ around. You got me into prepping, and I have watched Nutnfancy for much longer than you, but I didn't watch him for anything other than guns, but earlier this year I started watching his adventure stuff, which is how I found Crocket and BuggetNuster. I have to thank you for getting me into the mindset I have now.

You and I are the only two I have known to love these legpacks by Summit. They are virtually impossible to find these days from what I can tell. I have a black set and a blue set, each with the original belt they come with. They made a few types of these, and both mine are a bit different from yours.

Great point on the breath-ability, fortunately for me I mostly hike when it's cold . Always good to keep us thinking. Way to sneak that goingear plug in there ( just don't go all sootch on us ) Just messing with you. LOL Also I agree with the other guys your videos have always given a realistic everyday mans approach to everything. Thanks for the videos.
