This is a very important subject as some research has shown that up to 90% of the American workforce has been bullied at work in the last 20 years, a phenomenon. I myself had to leave a job I had for 6 years, as the disgusting, unprofessional behavior was making my hair fall out, teeth crack, not to mention the psychological trauma I had to endure.

Nowadays it's very difficult to find a company that's actually worth staying at long term. The best typically you can acquire employment to move on to something better.

Yeah that cross training part…also a potential trap-a way to pay an employee less but getting them to work harder
