I read somewhere in famous Buddha's teachings "When the student is ready teacher will appear". Like Ramakant Achrekar appeared for Sachin when he was ready. In my view one needs to first identify one's thirst/curiosity/ambition only then one shall find the mentor of equal magnitude.
