Addressing inflation in this episode as a real thing was refreshing. So far, Dave has pooh-poohed the idea that inflation is actually greatly impacting people's checkbooks and budgets. Some grocery items are up 40-50% (others "only" 20-30%). As someone in BS6, you can bet inflation is adversely affecting our household, I can't imagine what it's doing to someone in BS 1 or 2.

The Phoenix area (including Mesa) is just getting bombarded with investors and out of state people moving in. In 2 years rent has more than doubled in the whole area.

It’s not an exaggeration. Everywhere within 90 minutes of Phoenix is this expensive

We also are getting a giant spike in crime, especially in tougher parts.

I would love for you to speak about the ones who try to say the Ramsey plan is not good.. Some people on YouTube (EYL)are saying Credits and point are better than the Ramsey Plan..

George and Rachel make a great team. I'm especially liking the calls on the Baby Steps (Finance, Debt) focus. This is the key differentiator for Ramsey. If I wanted to listen to relationships or career calls, I'd listen to the John Delony or Ken Coleman shows. But "The Ramsey Show" should focus on the Baby Steps, IMHO.

If u are concerned with people that are anorexic or bulimic, try not to make comments about being a “ disciplined person who should diet and exercise.”
If it was a matter of only discipline, and dieting was always successful in controlling weight, 80-95% of people would not regain weight.

People that have been judged for their body, sometimes think low calories and hunger is something they at least can control… when in reality Anorexia is far deadlier and much harder to overcome.
