Thank you. I always feel horrible. And when I go to the ER the only thing is very low electrolytes! I get clammy and sweat a lil on hands and upper lip which is so ugh bc with wet hands I can't fix my hair and yeah make up we won't even go there. They said oh you have anxiety to talk to someone okay tried that too lol well let's just say those meds didn't work at all. Then I'm thinking maybe it's a sugar or wheat thing. So I stopped all the sugar intake and as much as possible on wheat. Well I thought that was working till today back to the clammy crap. Going to work on the electrolytes and see how this goes. Wish me luck bc I need it. I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired. It's really effecting my life. I can't be the mom and partner I need to be. Ugh sorry for going on and on it's just everyone around is tired of hearing it and tired of me not wanting to do anything. Okay I'm done lol have a great day and thank you
