Hey Matt, what I like about your channel over others is you do body weight training and not weights aswell unlike other channels. Also you come across as genuinely positive and enthusiastic about your workouts and not fake or staged like those other channels.

Most people I've worked with don't rest properly between sets. It kills me to see people drop off a set, then sit down and check facebook.
Hell.
No.
Breathe, accumulate and oxygen in the body and slow the heart rate to better facilitate.
Focus on the after sensations generated by the movement to see how your body responded to the last set and how you need to proceed for the next set.
Mobilize the limbs involved.
Breathe some more.
Mentally prep for the next set by cementing your awareness in your body and feeling the muscles you are about to use.
Then go get that next set.

hi man! I have a request could you please tell me how can I make the weighted pull ups routine when muy max on 1 rep is 25 kg (55lbs) and my goal is to make the 1 pull up with 42 kg (92lbs)?
ny weight is 60 kg(132lbs) and I am doing that because I wanna have good base for front lever and one arm pull up. I am asking you because in my opinion you are the best calisthenics channel on YouTube.

Had a question. As per C.C., Paul Wade recommends 2 warm up sets prior to work sets. You might have answered this in a past video, but do you follow the 2 warm-up set protocol? As always great topics covered. Figured to ask about the warm-up sets since you were talking about work sets.

Hey Matt, if you get elbow pain during hanging exercises, what muscles should I concentrate putting tension in to relieve some of that stress in my elbow?

Great video, this strategy is really great for upper body workouts but do we apply it the same way for lower body? In my experience whenever I workouts legs reps are usually higher and it's really hard to reach max reps.

I believe to remember that longer time ago you uploaded a video where you recommended training an exercise in 5 sets á 5 reps.
Is there some difference when I should do 5x5 or the 3 set strategy? For example doing pullups I should do the 3 set strategy and doing more neurological exercises like Handstand I should do 5 sets?

Hey Matt, the irritation in my elbows from hanging usually after a long set of pull ups or leg raises. About a minute or more. Wanted to know what muscles to really concentrate putting tension in to help alleviate that stress
