I would love to see some home workout videos too. As not everyone can afford or are willing to go to a gym.

I love this channel! Ik it's called the workout show, but can you do a nutrition video too? Also a calisthenics video would be nice

The rest depends on what you do..for example if you do a heavy compound exercise (3-5 or 5-8 reps) an you go near failure or failure you need to rest for 2-5 minutes..
If you do 12-20 reps with medium or lighter weight an again you go near failure 1-1, 5 minute is ok..
And because weight training is hard just listen to your body..you may need bigger rest sometimes and that ok
The videos are very good keep up the good work💪🏻

After years of working out, i find that its a waist of time to work small muscle groups on the same day as large muscle groups, its just a waist of time and energy. The large muscle groups rob the small muscle group. Just like a long breather robs you of sets . Best mode is beast mode ...push to failure! An premap workout ahead of time

But what if you do the short rest period but add more sets to get to equal up to the same volume of the longer rest folks?
So 3x10 vs 6x5

ik little to nothing about rest intervals. what i have been doing is workimg diffent muscles. for example if i do pull ups until fail i do squats then back to pull ups. same goes for weights

I challenge you. If youre real about this new channel, make a video about the fastest and easiest workout routine focused on releasing happiness chemicals like endorphines and all that stuff. That would be a great contribution for people with anxiety and or depression. Please.

Nothing new here, folks. 60 seconds. 2 minutes between body parts.
Bill Phillips and body for life figured this out years ago.

Content takes too long. It’s 17 minutes and a lot of filler.
