Good morning Emilio, how are you I live in New York and I’m looking to purchase a property for a flip I would like to know if you have any property that I can buy in a $50k range or less put in another $30 or $40k for renovation, I looking for a 25% or 30% profit.

Sounds like a good area!! I wish you the best of luck! That area sells for more! Nice curb appeal! Good eye for the porch issues. Patch jobs yikes...Lots of cement work ...
lots of furniture to get out. Ive done that... looks extensive. lots of dry wall. Bathroom off the kitchen not ideal. Attic fan? Boiler might have done the basement in It looks like flooding has happened. If anyone can do it you can. Challenge!

Im from UK and Combi gas boilers are way less expensive to run than furnaces. Furnaces are old and more prone to breakdowns. Wifi bluetooth gas Combi boiler systems are way ahead of the American prehistoric gas guzzling furnaces
