Been thinking about doing this since I was very young. I'm 24 now and have some real drive to get the ball rolling. I'm glad I've seen this video, it's given me some good basic knowledge/idea

Fire content Jamie, I'm a huge fan of your video 🙋‍♂

Out of curiosity, are you currently seeking video editors or a thumbnail designer to enhance your personal brand?

May I send you a previous work sample?

I always look at ROI above 20% and it's done me well. 15% is still a decent return.

Great video as always! Quick question, can you claim back stamp duty if you flip the property within certain time limits?

Hey Jamie, just wanted to say I'm a massive fan of your work and I'm learning a lot from your videos. I'm living in Bulgaria right now, moving to the UK in just a couple of months, my question is how would you start? I have around 10k in the bank right now and don't know what to do with it.

Great video - thank you. Assisted sale seems to be my only way forward in the London area as the stamp duty on a purchase is almost the same as the refurb cost.

Hi Jamie. Do you need to be CIS registered if you’re doing a flip?

Do you not deduct the cost of finance/ mortgage payments along with the stamp duty legal fees refurbishment etc?

Great video Jamie. Could you do a video on how to talk and negotiate with vendors depending who they are like councils, private sellers, legal entities etc and estate agents. Also, it would interesting to hear what are the best strategies when making an offer. It's a bit crazy in Scotland. People are overpaying a lot to secure properties e.g HR £15k sold for £42k.
Thanks

Great video. Would you be able to do one on how to find good reliable tradespeople to carry out the improvements? We have been screwed so many times on renovations, always end up spending 3x what we planned/ Seems good reliable people are like gold dust so would be keen to know how you handle it?

All these "advice" videos have something in common.
The low ball offer to buy is always accepted, a bidding war ensues when selling.

The landscaping in this flip really enhances the curb appeal. It's the little things that make a big difference.

hey Jamie, could you make a more in depth video on service accomodation. i know your not a huge fan but i think its a good idea when starting out and can make alot quicker money to help buy your 2nd property etc, then the "set and forget" method if you dont mind putting in the extra time yourself doing all the cleaning etc

I suppose that rationally so long as you come out of it with a positive cash flow then the project will have been worth doing.

Hello, I’m 16 and wondering so me and my brother said we will save money up together and after 5 years buy a house and flip it, then repeat then buy a more expensive property after then we eventually start fazing into the rental side to keep a passive income . I am confused on legal bills and the process
