That only works if you have a ton of money to pay the mortgage and property taxes. So over three years how much did you pay in mortgage payments, insurance and property taxes? Did you really make a profit? I doubt it.

To me that just sounds greedy profit is profit the only thing you should regret is when you loose money so why regret when you make it?

And three years, he would’ve made a lot more money than that flipping other properties that doesn’t even make any sense to do. If you got that kind of money, there’s way better ways to make even more money and you don’t know what’s gonna happen in three years so like most of your videos you’re wrong

The market isn’t going to continue going up forever and ever. If that was the case, everybody would buy and hold. the market will come down, so Holding isn’t always the best option. Quit giving people bad advice
