Bro. I injured my back on a deadlift last year. My pain has gone away just recently but I couldn’t really move as freely as I used to with my lord back. I did the last two stretches back to back, they immediately brought relief to my lower back. I am so grateful that some is interested in helping others without charging ridiculous amounts of money. okay so i’m a 16 year old male and i’ve been having some pain and feeling pressure on my lower back near my pelvis or hips and all i can say is wow!! this really works and it helped me. at first i didn’t feel any relief, even after doing all the stretches and feeling a small pop on both sides (with the bed stretch), but when i stood up and walked for a bit i noticed the difference. the pain or the pressure i felt was gone completely! thank you very much for this video. i’ve been dying to crack my lower back and release that annoying pressure i felt. i feel a lot better and flexible. thank you.

I’m a back sleeper but now have to sleep on my side because I’m pregnant 💜 My lower back and hips have been so tight and uncomfortable but these stretches have been so helpful! Thank you!

I get a lot of stiffness in my back cause I have scoliosis, and I know good stretches for upper back and middle back but these are the first lower back stretches that have actually worked for me. It didn’t pop, but it doesn’t hurt as much anymore, so thank you!

I was literally almost in tears today because my back has been hurting so badly all day. I experience back pain in my lower back very often. I was concerned that I may need medical attention due to the pain. That’s still something I am going to speak with my Dr. about. However after desperately looking for something online that would show me what to do for relief. I stumbled across your video and I am so happy I watched! DOC! Thanks!!! I've been a bank analyst for 2 years just sleeping at my desk working so much. Investing all my earnings. My back and spine is sooo tight now. I should've addressed it sooner. I've seen a couple of doctors and they always crack my back and taught me methods to crack it. I've been super sore for the last 3 days and my next appt is 3 days from now. I tried that second stretch and I got 5 or 6 huge pops. I've been stretching all day for those. Great video
