Oh my goodness last statement about talking to your doctor and changing your diet and trying some of these different foods was one of the best statements I’ve heard in quite a while on any of the YouTube channels about talking to your doctor first they always come out and say this and that and this and that, but a lot of people are allergic to many of the products and taking medication That will interfere with their medication that was the best statement maybe at the beginning you could see it and may be at the end.
