Welcome to Day 9 of our 12-Day Fitness Challenge!

Today we'll be working on our lower body with jumping lunges. Stand with one leg in front of the other, bend your knees at a 90-degree angle, pointing towards the floor with your heel lifted. Push up from the ground, raising your hands to gain height. Switching the positions of your legs in the air and drop into another lunge with the opposite leg in front. Make sure you bend your knees to absorb impact and keep your chest and head lifted. Keep going for 1 minute and repeat 3 times.
