I am dealing with spondylolisthesis myself. My doctors were pushing me towards spinal fusion surgery, but your videos gave me hope that there might be another way. I found a new doctor that supports my way, and after half a year of physical therapy I am doing quite good. I am even able to go on (short) walks without any pain. Now I started to inclcude your spondy and core strengthening videos in my daily routine and I am happy that I didnt have surgery. Thanks for that!

This is good. I saw it when I really needed this. I have recently undergone TLIF SURGERY and have been having problems with stability and movement.

Brilliant video showing what an exercise ball can do, fast becoming my favorite tool at the gym. Started using it for core exercises under recommendation from my Chiropractor after a few visits for Sciatica, lower and upper back pain treatments. Have watched a few of your videos and enjoy each one of them, informative and funny!

Love your seem to address so many of my issues. I watch the back ball exercises a lot and try to do the exercises right along with for the last one balancing with a drink. I'll leave that one to the pro.

Hello from Phnom Penh Cambodia! Question: I had a frozen shoulder on my left shoulder 2 years ago and I feel is coming again on my right one. Are you aware of any preventive exercises to avoid or limit the new frozen shoulder is such a thing exists? BTW keep making us laugh while giving away freely all your precious instructions as there is no one like you on the net!!!

How do you know what size ball to use? It's so hard to judge! I am about 5'3" and on the heavier side.
